Split across three levels, the resort is composed of there suites, two twin room apartments and an apartment suite located in the old tower with a stunningly beautiful sea view; the resort also boasts a private terrace with sea view, private parking, outside dining area, breakfast room and restaurant, sun beds and a maze of private pathways through olive groves.

A private path from the Estate leads to a wonderful rocky beach, where guests can enjoy swimming and admire the stunning beauty of the Gulf of Baratti.

Today, going down the Maremma coastline and following the peninsula that hides Piombino and the Gulf of Follonica, you will encounter a citadel, high up in the hills, protected by its 40 old houses, overlooking the coastal village of Baratti.
The location is a wonderful mix of Mediterranean and Etruscan settings with the wonderful fragrances of nature.
Peace and beauty – what else could one ask for? And knowing that in the 50s this was the setting of the first Italian Club.
