Villa Perugino is an elegant 19th-century aristocratic villa set in the heart of a vast estate of terraced hills and olive groves. The villa has its own private chapel and ancient olive press, and boasts sweeping views across the estate and down the valley towards the medieval hilltop town of Lucca. Formal Italianate gardens lay to the front of the villa, and to the rear a pretty walled garden with manicured lawns provides a peaceful setting for a delightful swimming pool and sun-lounge.

Ground floor: There is a Dining Room with a table for 22 persons, TV Room with satellite TV and sofas, 2 service bathrooms,1 Billiard Room. Outside there is a wonderful Loggia with a large dining table. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 electric oven, 2 fridges, icemaker, Espresso machine, microwave oven.
On the ground floor there is also a living room with fireplace.
And finally: There is another double bedroom as well on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom with shower.
