Indoor the architectural project looks especially well chosen, creating a magic of light which considers exposure to the sun and orientation of the villa. The openings on the eastern side welcome the first rays of sun in the broad living room, while those on the western side filter the sunset lights with a warm, embracing effect.

Once you step inside the front door, a large volume with double height, reaching ten meters from the ground, partially shows the ceiling of big bleached chestnut beams, kept in view as it was in the local tradition.

The convivial area is completed by couches in soft natural linen, by a dining room in the upper side and by an ancient pool table restored by skilled craftsmen, with an unusual game deck in red.

The floor of grey Cemento di Luna, a recollection of the original rural flooring, matches harmoniously with a salt-bleached durmast wooden one.

On the same level there is a spacious kitchen both smart and functional - great for eating in, whether it be children’s meals or afternoon snacks, or relaxed breakfasts. It provides state of the art fittings and a chic monochrome colour-scheme, whilst the views of the wonderful rolling hills are visible from every angle.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, a grill, 5 burners, an oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge. At the center there is a table capable of seating 14 guests.

Upstairs, connected by an iron staircase coated in artificial resin, there is a second living area with a home cinema equipped with a curved flat screen Tv 55'.

Sleeping

The Villa welcomes its guests in bedrooms that are equipped with every comfort you need; three bedrooms have their own bathroom, 2 bedrooms share the same bathroom. Every room has a panoramic view on the hills evoking Renaissance. All rooms are very bright thanks to the great number of windows and French windows.

Each of the five bedrooms is finished with impeccable taste and style, elegant design accents with stunningly selected furnishings, crisp quality bed linen and abundant fluffy towels.

The three rooms on the upper floor boast high oak in view ceilings; one of these has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. The other two bedrooms share the same bathroom.

The two ground floor bedrooms have access to outdoor spaces and dedicated verandas, with comfortable sun loungers from where you can enjoy the pleasant view of the surrounding relaxing hills and of the garden with its cork oaks, cypresses, holly oaks, olive trees and perfumed herbs bushes.
