Villa Onello Romantisches Rifugium bei Cortona mit Traumblick!

Ein bezauberndes Landhaus, wie man es sich für die Toskana wünscht. Fast verwunschen in einem Hang gelegen, umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen und zugleich mit einem Traumblick über das Val di Chiana! Zurückgezogenheit, Ruhe und Erholung pur. Allerdings: Wer aus der Ruhe ausbrechen will kommt von hier auch zügig
ins Valdichiana Outlet zum Shoppen. Die Villa ist super betreut und bietet ein angenehmes gepflegtes Wohnniveau.
Villa Paganini 8
Villa Paganini 8 Villa für 8-9, Toskana, Casale Marittimo nicht weit, eingezäunt

Neu ab 2023! Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett werden bis Ende April neu mit Klimaanlage. Im vierten Schlafzimmer wirde ein grosser Ventilator zur Verfügung stehen.

Ein wunderbares Haus. Die Eigentümer haben wenige Minuten entfernt ein sehr schönes Weingut und bringen das Kunststück einer heiteren, professionellen Betreuung in herzlichster Reinform fertig, und das gepaart mti einer sehr schönen Prise trockenem Humor. 

Die Villa ist ausgesprochen gepflegt und bietet ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistung. In etwa 3-5 Minuten Fahrt findet sich von hier aus ein sehr schönes Restaurant auf dem Land "La Locanda", unterhalb von Casale Marittimo.


Podere Cafaggio 12
Podere Cafaggio 12 Die Villa ist sehr gut betreut und bietet für bis zu 12 Personen Platz. Das Feriendomizil hat ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für alle, die in der Toskana in Küstennähe eine Villa anmieten möchten, und dabei Annehmlichkeiten wie Whirlpool und privaten Pool, Wifi-Internet und Klimaanlage nicht missen möchten, ist die Villa eine tolle Wahl.

Die Eigentümer haben viel in die Villa investiert. Die Wege beim Haus und die gesamte Poollandschaft sowie der Speise- und Barbecuebereich im Freien sind schön angelegt und ausgeleuchtet und bieten damit auch am Abend Toskana-Flair vom Feinsten. Die hohen alten Zypressen hinter dem Haus haben eine ganz eigene zauberhafte Atmosphäre und man sollte sie in stillen Momenten nicht verpassen.
